"It is always better to give than to receive.” That’s the value Leisa Kiper instilled in her children, and it’s the value that drives her service to her community as a real estate professional. “I was attracted to Virginia Cook, Realtors because this is a company built upon the same values of service that are so important to my own family,” says Leisa. “We are united by the common goal of making good things happen for others through our hard work, creativity and energy.”

Leisa joined Virginia Cook, Realtors as the Listing Coordinator for the Plano Office. After three years of absorbing valuable expertise from the top performers in Collin County real estate, she launched her own sales career. In addition to this priceless mentoring and her in-depth knowledge of the market from south of Dallas to the Oklahoma border, Leisa offers her clients unique service that has been shaped by her own experience as a corporate wife and mother who moved multiple times over 23 years.
“In each move, we were blessed to work with a Realtor who made sure that we were happily settled in our new community,” says Leisa, who is also a Certified Interior Designer. “Now I can do the same for others because I know how critical it is to find the right home and the right neighborhood where your children feel safe and secure as they live and learn.”
Always quick to become involved in the community, Leisa has served as a PTA executive in numerous states including Kansas and South Dakota. Once her family settled permanently in Frisco, she continued to volunteer and was the Frisco High School Soccer Booster Club President in 2004 and the Senior Parents’ Class President in 2002.
She and her husband are also involved in their church and other Frisco community activities. “My son and daughter graduated from Frisco High School when there was still just one high school,” says this proud mom. “They have both gone on to choose careers in which they give back to our community.”
Leisa’s son is a member of the Frisco Police Department as a Detention Officer; his wife is employed in marketing with the Mary Kay Company, both are graduates of Missouri State University, and her daughter is attending Midwestern State University. Studying to be a special education teacher Leisa’s daughter has worked for the Frisco Independent School District during the past two summers. “Nothing is more important than family and community,” says Leisa. “Virginia Cook, Realtors provides every system to ensure that I can take care of my clients like my own family and make them feel at home in whatever community they choose.”
