Jerry Tidwell is a former prosecutor and environmental compliance consultant.  As a former prosecutor, Jerry has extensive jury trial and courtroom experience.  Jerry's experience as a prosecutor includes DWI, Assault / Family Violence, Drug Offenses, Theft and Property Crimes, and Probation Revocation hearings.  This combined experience allows Jerry to counsel clients with a unique perspective to evaluate a case by seeing it through the "eyes of the prosecutor" and developing a strategy to gain a satisfactory resolution for the client.
